cant open websites

There is something seriously wrong wid MTNL from last few days, am having really horrible experiances..most of the sites r not opening but still speedtests gimme the results of 1.8Mbps.Am using Open Dns right now and to an extend it has solved my problems, but still website is opening at a real slow pace and connection is not stable...Pinging shows "request time out" after 2 or 3 steps..What r thse mtnl guys upto, im sick of it...i will no more say that am a proud owner of mtnl..:madness::@
 
Oh brilliant! Changing dns to 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.1 worked! This was after changing MTU from 1500 to 1400 had no effect. Thanks!
 
yes changing the Dns makes a lot of diff, even im on Open Dns now...Mntl DNS servers suck!!!:madness:
 
@vintage. Glad your problem solved. One more set of DNS 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222 can also be tried.Will watch further feedback.
 
yeah!! they make our browsing experience really pleasant compared to the MTNL Dns servers which takes decades to load some web pages.
