Yea, I too watched it on HBO i think (but missed some bits of the starting, saw it from the middle), it's "entertaining" to say the least :D

The movie depicted Capitalism in the worst light ever! How are the bankers to blame when it was 'PEOPLE' who took mortgages? They signed an agreement which clearly states that their house would be repossessed in the event of non-payment, and when the banks did what they were suppose to do according to the agreement, the people said 'IT'S WRONG'...like dude wtf?All these events resulted in the banks going bankrupt and when the government tried to bail them out...HOW IS IT WRONG?The movie was utter crap...death to Michael Moore!

I could argue with you but I'm really busy with God's existence. Jeez...

Well the part about Juvenile prisons being privitized, large scale workers being fired without getting benefits and companies taking insurance policies on their workers leading to potential moral hazards was definitely true. And the fact about treasury generally being run by ex Goldman Sachs/Lehmann Brothers employees.

Private prisons are actually a good idea if you ask me. Saves the government some money. And the Insurance policies...technically companies DO invest a lot of their time and resources in training their employees, now if the companies take out insurance on their investment, what's so wrong in that? Corporations are profit making entities, morals don't mean much.

Uh, so judges getting bribes and children going to prisons for long times is okay. In theory capitalism works well, but humans have an inherent tendency to cheat whenever its possible. From an economic efficiency point of view, sure it works well. And for companies, what would happen if a person gets overworked and has a heart attack in his office? It would be a pain for the company to call an ambulance, then pay for his health insurance, there's the risk of being sued. So why not let him die and collect the insurance money. After all, morals don't matter much.

Yes we have the inherent tendency to cheat everywhere we can and we do! Judges still take bribes, law enforces would steer investigations off course for petty amounts...it surely is happening but that's another part of the story if you ask me. We're talking about loopholes in the system, and there are way too many of them, but that doesn't stop us from taking advantage of whatever is 'THEORETICALLY' advantageous does it? It isn't very difficult to identify foul play when judges send convicts to serve a long time in prison for petty crimes, the government CAN keep a watch on such activities IF they want to.

Companies don't like to call an ambulance or pay for health insurance, but it has to be done because of certain regulations/laws put in place by the government. Like the FELA (Federal Employers Liability Act - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). These companies would be sued for negligence if they do not take the necessary steps to get the employee to the hospital.
