Carrier Aggregation on Reliance Jio 4G LTE

I am not getting 2CA even after buying Samsung S8 Plus because my nearest Jio cell tower doesn't support it. Whom should I contact to ask them to enable to this cell site?

Customer care is clueless and few people came to install new antennas on this cell tower were also clueless. They didn't even know what Carrier Aggregation is

Complain them that you are getting very slow speeds, they may action it. Also CA depends on many factors I guess. I sometimes consistently on CA, sometimes connected to single band, not sure whether it depends on number of users etc.

How is this possible? The Max B40 spectrum anyone has is 30 MHz (20 + 10)

Check list of handsets. Carrier Aggregation (CA) is from 2CA to 6CA (Samsung Note) depending upon operator and region.

BTW my iPhone X is supporting 3CA. It does not connect to 3CA all the time but keeps on fluctuating between NoCA 2CA and 3CA.
I have noticed that 3CA gives pathetic speeds in my area. This has been tested even on Google Pixel 2. The only time I have seen upwards of 60 Mbps speeds is at 4am in the morning.
