carry forward data balance?

does bsnl have carry forward data balance facility?

Well, I was in a DATA plan of 444 and when it was approaching date expiry, I recharged with 1498. Next day I only had the DATA I got with 1498 and the DATA remaining DID NOT carry forward. Maybe it carry forwards only if you recharge to the same DATA plan.

Well, maybe it doesn't carry forward in that case and thats real stupid in my opinion.

Anyway, I got this recharge done for 1498 and got 18GB with a validity of one year.
