Casting is not working Airtel Wifi 6 Router - Nokia AOT4221NK

Recently, my Airtel ONT has been replaced with the model Nokia "AOT4221NK", with the previous model Airtel router, I was able to cast the YouTube Video and now with Wifi 6 model Nokia "AOT4221NK", devices are not at all showing and cannot cast anything, anyone face this issue and also is there is settings or configuration I can do to enable the casting option in this new Router

seems like the mDNS is blocked off or AP isolation issue, known in Wifi 6 routers and well with Airtel routers basically all the advanced features are locked. Best option, get your own router and ditch this device if possible else try to get back to your old airtel router.

I did not face any issue with casting. I do have same router as you and is able to cast/airplay perfectly fine.

Could it be any shtty firmware update or the newer models rolling out with something else stuffed, makes me wonder why huge companies gets the silly issues with their devices lol. Like here we got two contrasting.

Still easiest fix would be to request a roll back to that old router or test this with another wifi 6 router from Airtel.

@knchaitanya9 were you able to find a solution? I recently got the AOT4221NK ONT and chromecast stopped working too. Any tips to get it fixed would be appreciated

Chromecast will not work on this router, get back your old router there is no easy fix
