Guess, this now can boast of being the cheapest KitKat phone?

So based on my recommendation of a sub 4k Android, a relative got this one. He is delighted with the purchase. Will try & get hold of it for a hands on experience. He also got 1 GB * 3 months on Aircel from Snapdeal as a freebie. He has Aircel, so he is even more happy as 400-500 of the phone's cost of 3k is recovered from this 3g itself

Mind you, this is a replacement of a basic phone (not even a feature phone) & is likely to used as one. Even then, from what I hear the performance has been reasonably smooth. Also, I am backing on the fact that Google has optimized KitKat a bit for low end phones?
