It's a 'closed user group' invitation, not sure if anyone can download app and participate.

Canara Bank introduces UPI interoperable digital rupee mobile app

Canara Bank launched the UPI Interoperable Digital Rupee mobile app, enabling customers to scan merchant QR codes & pay via digital currency. It is the first bank to offer this feature & is aimed at empowering merchants.
