I tried changing the password, and got a prompt saying that the certificate was old or something. I used to get this message earlier for Yahoo mail, but that was only when my computer date was set to a previous date; at present, it shows today's date.

The three sites I used are:

http://10.240.89.199/
http://10.240.43.216/
http://10.240.240.195/

Got this message in all three site. It is displayed differently in different browsers I think; here's what Opera says:

(There are three tabs - Warning, Security, and Details)

---

Warning tab:

The server's certificate chain is incomplete, and the signer(s) are not registered. Accept?

Server name:
10.240.89.199

Security tab:

The certificate for "10.240.89.199" is signed by the unknown Certificate Authority "10.240.89.199". It is not possible to verify that this is a valid certificate.

Certificate summary
Holder: 10.240.89.199, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.
Issuer: 10.240.89.199, Huwaei Technologies Co., Ltd. CA
Expires: 12/27/2009 4:19:49 GMT

Encryption protocol
256 bit AES (DHE_RSA/SHA)

Details tab:
(just contains the number 10.240.89.199)

I don't remember being prompted earlier for any security certificates. So should I continue?

My IP begins with 59.xx.xx.xx; I don't have the 16 digit password that others have received, I never got it from BSNL; I got only username and password, and have been using it all this time.

So I continue with these same sites ignoring the warning, or is there some more secure site?

Its just a browser warning that this is a self-issued digital certificate... don't worry about it...
