Change of plan

Hi guys,

I changed my plan from Home UL-750to Home 500. The plan change became effective only today(April-03). My first 2 days of usage has been filed under Home UL-750 and comes around 3GB. Will this usage be forwareded to my bill next month? I talked to their customer support and they said, since it comes under the unlimited plan it won't be counted. I just want to double check & be sure. Thanks guys.

Usually plan change is supposed
to take effect from 1st of each month.
Confirm in your usage portal with 14digit User ID.

Thanks for the prompt reply. My 'Sum Traffic Excluding Night Unlimited(GB)' currently is zero & today's usage has not yet come up on the site. I guess i'll will get to see that tomorrow. Do i really need to get the portal ID & pwd? What more details will it show?
