why cant i change my internet password at all?? I know how to do it but its nt accepting the changes i am making what to do

Where you want to change your Internet password ?
For a)connecting to Internet
b) email @bsnl.in
c) usage portal
Now all three passwords can be different.
 
can you check your usage account ? check there.
1.If you have an IP 59.xx.xx.xx
Can I change my User ID and Password?
You can change your password, but not User ID. Infact you have to change your password often, because any one who knows your User Id password combo can login to Dataone under your account and that charges will be on you. To change your password, go to BSNL portal http://10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp and give your current user name and password to login. Once Login you can click on Change password link to change your password. Remember to change your password in modem also at http://192.168.1.1/hwhtml/pMain.html
2.If your IP is 117.xx.xx.xx ( log in with PortalID 14digit)

Modem IP for SmartAx 882 etc
 
I am unable to change the password because I am getting this message below when ever I try to change password.. what to do now,.thanks a bunch,,,,,
