I Changed my router DNS IP from Google to NextDNS but when I check through a NextDNS website it's still showing I am using Google DNS. Then I changed through Windows settings, but it's still not working. I follow all of their recommended methods. It's only working if I use the NextDNS installer.

On Windows settings, it's only working if I use Cloudflare or OpenDNS. Other than these two nothing is working.

Previously, when I used different ISPs SITI, GTPLKCBPL, and FABNET this thing worked on the router level. Now I am using Meghbela broadband.
I am not sure problem with my Router PC or ISP. Customer care said they can't help anything it's not in their control.
Is there any way anyone can help? Router- Tenda AC10

yeah this seems to be a thing. excitel was doing something similar where they allowed only some third party dns services to be used unless you used private dns. your best option is to use private dns functionality. windows 11 sort of has it internal. but an app is the best option to use on windows 10 i believe.
