Changing DNS server (Family filter)

Guys, I want to change my airtel xstream's DNS server for clean browsing but the thing is I am using another router as a repeater.

Can someone please expalin the process on how to do it properly. So both the main and the repeater will have clean browsing?

Change DNS in your primary router. Choose to get DNS 'automatically' on your repeater to let it fetch DNS records from primary router. For Family friendly, you may choose Cloudflare Family DNS or Control D to name a few.
How has been your latency using Xstream Fiber?

So i have to change IPv4 and IPv6 both from main router?
I generally use my wifi for downloading and normal internet surfing. And airtel sometimes give really bad downloading speed.
And while playing games there is some rare fluctuations in ping.

How much ping do you get in Mumbai and Singapore servers?

I have not played valorant in a long time And i don't play any games which shows ping
