It should just be a mistake when the PDF file was created by TS. Kalaignar TV is listed just in "Family pack" which is basically a pack for non southern customers. I am sure it will be part of "South Starter"

Hi Ravi, You are correct it is a tamil channel..and they forget to add in south starter package. if like this they might done lot of mistakes in grouping the channels for package list. hoe they should get people opinion before making package list

I will be happy if BBC entertainment is also wrongly grouped and corrected by shifting to South Value pack.
