Hi ,I am new to the forum .I just got a bill of 3392 Rupees for the unlimited plan 750 combo.Is it normal.I had chahged the plan from 499 combo unlimited to 750 unlimited before 2 months ago.And just paid all bills till now.They charge it in some deposit due-What was the next step to do.??

Go and complain in nearest CSC. I know 750 plan has 1 month advance rental (?) so 750 + 750 = 1,500 INR. + call charges (?) + taxes.

Talk to the accounts officer. He will be the right person to clear your doubts. Call customer care and ask for his no. You can also post a scanned copy of your bill (blackening personal details) so that members can give an exact answer.
