Cheap backpack for bike travel

I was using the HP bag that came with the Chromebook. Now that I sold the Chromebook, I need something for carrying stuff on the bike. The options are insane. I was looking at DigiFlip laptop bags. Reviews appear to be good for almost all the models. Any suggestions? It does not have to have a laptop compartment as I do not plan to carry around a laptop in it.

American Tourister is highly overpriced. I got one off Amazon for around 2k, and I don't feel its worth that amount of money. The bag is pretty good, just overpriced.
