My I'd is 1114165071,I had purchase the Tikona connection in 18 July 2015 and after 18 days due to bad signals and service disconnected that connection.During installation I had paid 3 months advance rent with installation charges.after disconnection I had received a email from tikona they sent a check for my balance amount after 45 days. But after 4 months passed they are not refund my Monet yet and also nor collected their also. I try to call so many times to Tikona customer care for to collect their device but not getting any satisfactory answer.and today dated 21 DEC 2015, when I called to customer care they raise a panilty on me for not submitting their device but I have all the records of my followup.so I don't know how they are doing their business. I think Tikona and their all employees are very cheap.
