Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd- Latest News Rs 125/PM D/L 150 MB 256 to 2Mbps
No installation charges in TamilNadu.
Better as a standby. D/L limit unreasonable .should be at least 400 MB
( compare Home 250 for Rs 250/= 1 GB No free Nu ).

Cant say excellent but its good ,to say in detail there is no downtime where every ISP in india face a problem of downtime this one reason is enough to send tat post

Confirmed with CC. Cheapest plans in Delhi region are -- 64 kbps Unlimited for Rs 499- 499 Value Plus (limited to 25 Hr monthly) for Rs 499.No Rs 250 plan :-(I opted for 499 Value Plus.

can anybody tell me whether AIRTEL lauched any budget plans(below or equal to 1000) in chennai

In Chennai .. we have 256UL Plan for Rs. 750.00 with free modem.
You can get the wifi modem, but you will have to give a deposit for that I beleive but no rental.
tat sounds nice 2 hear and am currently in tat plan(750/=) but thought they will charge for wifi router.now my first plan is to change my modem to a wifi router where i can use internet both to my desktop and laptop :yahoo:

25 hours is too less...i mostly end up using internet at least 10 hours a day..so 300 hours a month...any budget plan for me?

the 25 hr plan is for those who is jus switchin over from Dial-up to BB. I still remember my old Dial-up days when I use to pile up the work and then sit n dial..
