Cheapest and good Domain name registration service

Can anybody tell me which is the cheapest and reliable domain name registration service? And yeah pls no Indian ones.I was looking at Netfirms.....is it okayMy other option is GoDaddy which is about a dollar expensiveAny other good option

i had prefer GoDaddy. they have been super reliable for me and my friends... i manage around 20-30 domains with them. u can buy .com for 7.15 dollar from them.

Yeah 7.15 is what i am getting for a .com domain after using discount coupon. Netfirms is a dollar cheap though.What about renewal? will it be same/similar amount? Also what do I get with a GoDaddy domain? I have never bought a domain name b4? I think url forwarding will be as easy as it is for free domain names like co.nr

GoDaddy dont usually increase the price after the first year. except for special offers like 99 cent for .info domains...and discount coupons are always available. and they do have regular schemes where you can get discount on bulk purchases. the 7.15 discount code has worked for me for more than a year... i am sure some other code would be available in the future as well

Well thanks!How long does it take for forwarding to come into effect? its been around 12 hrs and it still lands at GoDaddy parking page.

try restarting ur connection or changing your dns settings. its mostly how soon your dns cache is updated
