Cheapest Router for Dual WAN and load balance

Can someone suggest the most affordable router that supports dual WAN or load balancing?

Currently, I’m using BSNL FTTH Broadband via Syrotech ONU/ONT and connecting it to a D-Link router. Additionally, I have a secondary/failover connection via JIO air fiber, and I want to combine both connections.

My requirements are:

1. The most affordable router or load balancer.
2. It must support Gigabit LAN for future scalability.
3. The secondary connection can be mobile, but it should not be too expensive.

I have a TP-Link ER605 multi-wan router - check for prices maybe on moblix website (ensure its the latest hardware version 2 with USB port) - its a nice easy to setup device.

Maybe, OpenWrt supported cheap router and use customization for load balancing!?
