Check data balance without a Mobile Phone

I have inserted the 3G SIM into the USB Datacard and using it on my PC as my primary internet connection. How can I check my remaining data usage balance.I do understand that on a Phone, there is a way to run USSD command and get balance. But how do I get similar result with USB Datacard software?In addition to this, is there a way to check my currency balance from my USB Datacard software?

OOPS! I forgot to mention that I am using the BSNL provided Teracom USB Stick. I guess the MDMA application is only for Huawei USB Devices. Correct me if I am wrong please.
