It started on 27th August, MyJio App showed a service impact alert. Since then few websites started loading very slowly. Along with <5% packet loss on games.
Things got even worse today, packet loss ranged from 10 - 40% throughout on mumbai valorant.
It also feels like the speeds are sometimes fine when connecting to a closer server but gets significantly lower when connecting to long distance servers.
And Google along with a few other commonly used sites work well, i think it's due to a closer cdn.
There are not many similar posts on the internet, but a couple of twitter users from chennai also mentioned their fiber was completely down since last week.
Anyone else from Chennai facing issues too? If yes did customer support tell you what was going on?
