Cisco VPN 4.8 client error

Guys,I use MTNL triband.I have locally installed Cisco VPN 4.8 client on my Win XP m/c. I want to use it to connect to a remote location in USA. Accordingly, I created a new connection entry with the details of remote hostname I want to connect to.Now, when I click the connect button, I get the following error message "Secure VPN connection terminated locally by ClientReason 429: Unable to resolve server address" What could be the reason of the error? Any solution?

have you given a server ip to connect to or a domain name?? it looks like your DNS server is not able to resolve your server's domain name into ip..
