They will probably open a second account. You can always have multiple accounts.

Hmm, I haven't received any email/SMS on this topic so far except for the one saying they were exiting the country. I have an old salary account (likely dormant now) + Citi credit cards.

My company supports multiple banks for salary- Citi, Yes, ICICI, HDFC, and Kotak Mahindra Bank
How is HDFC?
