Clarification regarding plan change

im currently using Home UL 750 plan. i just saw the new unlimited combo offers and i was thinking of changing my plan to BB Home Combo UL 625. though i was having few doubts. please clarify if u can.1. as i have paid 750 rs as security deposit for the earlier plan, will the same for new plan be settled against the earlier payment or not.2. as per the new cdr system , will the plan change occur in a few days after application or from the next month.im residing in Gujarat so i know that i can definitely apply for the new plan.Apoorva

i dont know abt the first question. the plan change will be effective from next month only....if u plan to change, go ahead and do it soon as we are nearing end of march.

1. Normally you security deposit will be adjusted in Rs. 750. If not, talk to the accounts officer.

2. Plan change normally happens the next month. Check the order status for provisioned and effective date.
