I understand there are multiple factors:
1. USB cable speed
2. Port on phone
3. LAN cable speed
4. Speed itself provided by the ISP
5. Router LAN/WAN port speed
6. WIFI AP speed

but my point is the ISP is throttling the speeds
e.g. in JIO
1. When I connect phone to PC directly through USB port, I get max speed: 200Mbps,
following is 1 hop

Phone <--usb cable--> PC

2. When I connect phone to Router to PC, my speed is 10% of max speed: 20Mbps
following is 2 hops

Phone <--usb cable--> Router <--lan cable--> PC

2. LAN & WAN ports on Router are 1Gbps

There are no factors... You simply need to understand how networking actually works.
Your DPI logic makes absolutely no sense, because that is not how it works.
When you are directly connected via laptop, you are using its IPV6 capabilities, while in other instances you are NOT.
