Continually harass a guy coz he got bail. And then when he gets killed, ask my friends to give me solid alibis. That guy might be a bad guy. Let me throw all the rules out the window and break into his home. You were involved in a car crash that may have killed an innocent? Let me fudge the records to make it a routine traffic stop instead of reporting it. Ex wants visitation rights for his kid? Let's go straight to the DA, flirt with him, and then ask him how can I make the ex's life miserable.
