Hi in the last thread,I wanted to buy earphones, now I'm going all in for headphones with microphones:

Again requirements are long-term wearing comfort, it should not strain my ears physically or my head.

Microphones should be durable and good quality
( Few months ago I brought cheapo 1200 INR mic headphone whose mic got dead within 15 days)

Cable quality should be good: It shouldn't start self-knotting as it happened with my cheap chinese

Voice quality: Same standard, shouldn't bet too muddy or too shrilly for un-produced human voice straight from apps like Zoom, Teams, SKype and what not

These headphones must not try to add 'bass' on their own like ones spamming Indian market

This Headphone will be used with PC without any DAC/dedicated sound card.(This time no wireless/bluetooth)

BIG QUESTION:Instead of buying a new headphone should I just buy a good quality wearable-microphone and use it along with my old chinese?
( Considering my expenses I had to order a lot of electronics this month and if possible I would like to save)

If you are not doing some studio quality recording like Podcasts , Voice-overs , Educational content ,etc it is better to get a decent lavalier microphone which comes near about 700 and invest the rest on headphones . Just a suggestion here

I still believe in the old school method(2 ports for HP/MP) of buying both separately than getting a integrated one.

Can you guys suggest a good quality lavalier(collar mic/lapel mic) under <3k.. I want to explore the combo of separate mic and headphones....

It should be durable and with a good cord length.
