and what should be the minimum pc configuration ?
no pc requirements as such , a PIII processor will also work , but if u intend to record shows at high quality then atleast 512 MB ram and loads of hard drive space + u should have a free PCI slot in your mobo where that card can be installed

Should work any system with decent config.

Mine is AMD Athlon + 512MB Memory + 120 GB HDD. It works perfectly for me.

yes there are many , they are called external tv tuners , they are good for watching but not suited for recording , ull get them for 1500-2500 rupees from many companies like Pinnacle , Tech-com and Hauppage
