Complaint against Airtel Fibernet and its customer care officers who are ignoring customers and acting whimsically.

AIRTEL FIBERNET

Facts
1. My WIFI connection has been suspended due to outstanding dues. However, there was no outstanding amount. The new payments also made for the latest bill generated on 02/09/2024 ( after disconnection) was paid on 04/09/2024.
2. On rigorous follow-up , they told that I Have been doing fraudulent activities and as such it was disconnected without notice.
3. When asked for the details of fraudulent act, airtel informed that it was RJio complaint and they have to take action accordingly. However, they denied to share the details of validation by them as per guideline and the complaint of RJio in spite of many reminders.
4. I am really surprise that in name of TRAI these operators are doing monopoly practices and disconnecting essential services without notice, while there is cancer patient in the home.
5. The airtel officers are not responding to various reminders and removed my account without refunding deposits and without providing the validity for disconnection.
Appeal
You being regulator, need to check the validity of the action taken by airtel and provide me the details of fradulant act / complaints and validation for the same.
The officers of airtel need to respond and can not keep misguiding on the issue.
Enclosed the part conversation in email which is reminded still no response.
Request the appropriate action on company and its employee for the wrong done.
