Hello,
I have recently purchased a Cisco dual wan router for my office as I cannot afford downtime. I am using Airtel Xstream Fibre, as wan1 and Local ISP as wan2. The problem is in order to remove the double nat issue, I want to configure the airtel router in bridge mode which by default is disabled and cannot be configured. I read few discussions here and as we know the airtel technical person has no idea and are limited to installing a connection. Customer care also has no idea what is even double nat.
Has anyone been able to solve this? Your help will be very much appreciated.
