configuring the connection (TNDSL 2120)

hi dudes, actually i got TATA indicom broadband connec....due to some reasons i dont have any details of configuring this (lost the details PamPlet)...they have given modem of TNDSL 2120 (telnet) ... i cant connect to customer care centre also no resPonse for this...i want to configure this fresh...but i dont have username and Password.... didnt change the username r Password any frm default...what is the TCP/IP configuration for this....what ll be username Password?Please helP me in sorting this strange Problem i am facing.....I AM FRM TAMIL NADU CHENNAI

The ethernet CARD/MODEM YOU HAVE TO SELECT.
SEARCHING FOR DETAILS OF YOUR MODEM

No user manual/ downloads in their website.
searched in Google/Yahoo. No luck./

Got the user manual from the company. today. ( identical to Beetel220BxAdsl2+modem) same broadcom chip Pdf file about 1.4 MB.Open 192.168.1.1 Id admin password adminvci 0 vcp 32 etc
