Confused between ACT and JioFiber

As Airtel is not available in my area,I have two options:JioFiber or ACT.

Well, JioFiber has underground but ACT doesnt have.So,I have the following questions.

1)JioFiber is underground. Is it true that JioFiber would have more uptime due to it?
2) What is the minimum time ACT takes to resolve if our internet stops working?

If you are technically inclined, then ACT without doubt. JioFiber is for people who think Wifi=Internet

On a serious note, Jio Fiber has a lot of limitations with respect to their ONT device, privacy is a concern too. Google is your friend.

Go for ACT if you more open source type need freedom , get static IP point it to your own domain
