Confused between Nokia C7, Samsung Ace & Samsung Wave II

To add about Bada OS (Wave series), on paper the OS features are limited, but feel for someone who has a limited usage (like basic browsing/social networking/mail) it should be more than sufficient. Even I opened a thread asking people for feedback cause a relative a mine was considering buying the slider Wave model - but did not get any feedback. Hence on the back of my mind, I have related it as an alternate for Symbian (or as a limited features OS)

Had seen its previous aavtar & liked it. Like I mentioned it's the 'Don’t know what the future hold kind of thing' that is keeping me back also I will not be able to use my MyPhoneExplorer s/w for sync/backups, that itself creates all sorts of problems. I prefer it to the proprietary bull given by the phone manufacturers.

Why not get the Galaxy S? It's already in the 19K price range

I like that one too but don't feel like spending 19k. I feel all the manufacturers are scalping us just because Andriod has caught on like wildfire.BTW on the andriod forum one guy was saying that the problem I mentioned above is also present in this phone & there is a class suit in the US. Don't know how far its true.

If you have decided to go with any1 of these 3, i would say go with wave II. as far as your concern regarding Bada OS, samsung has big plans for it. From what i have heard, they are gonna release Bada 2.0 this year only(not sure just rumor). but still i would suggest you to go to Bada Forums to get much better info on it.

Regarding Bada - my wife uses some version of corby on bada OSIt has nice features ...but still does not come close to actual android on software frontIf you like to try new applications and custom ROMS ...go for Android

C7 or ace.....both look ok :closedeyes:wave useless.....for now its for antique ppl though screen look nice

Go for Samsung Wave II...BADA 2.0 is set to arrive in a couple of months and the Company has big Hopes on that...Many New features are gonna be added and it may be at par with Android...Although there may not be tons of apps like Android...BADA certainly has a long term Prospective...
