^^ no, its selling for 260$ on ebay and they are importing and selling it. You can get it cheaper at ~12k through Aramex(ShopNShip)

The one's being sold on ebay were brand new so i am assuming this will be too. And all N1's are network unlocked AFAIK.

I think the desire has been discontinued, replaced by the Desire S, better CPU and GPU and 720p recording.
