I have taken bb connection before 3 months ago. Few days before bsnl offered the diwali dhamaka that for 1gb user they can access upto 2gb i.e 1gb is free. Today my usage is below 2gb. but i have got the email from bsnl that "you have crossed the usage limit" . plz help me...

yeah man! you should have checked the terms and conditions before enjoying additional 1 GB..now BSNL will send you a heavy bill.

Diwali offer is only valid for BB users with BSNL for 6 months and more and who will keep the connection through the month of nov.This was discussed on the forum.@rajeshadamDoes BSNL send e-mail regarding exceeding your free usage limit?
