Connect Reliance boradband using WA3002G4

I have a WA3002G4 WI-FI modem which i bought when i was using BSNL, but now i am using reliance, I have tried many options available to connect reliance BB using WA3002G4, but the modem internet link is blinking, but i am unable to login to their page. Also there is small exclamation mark in my Lan icon on the taskbar. Can anybody provide successful step by step info on how to do it??????
