I have an ADSL wifi router from a previous MTNL connection. Recently I got a new fibre connection from MTNL Delhi which the MTNL guys provided me an Alphion ARGT-1040 router with.
Since I wanted to make the rest of my home wifi (i do not have a desktop, all laptops and Androids), I connected the ADSL wifi router in bridge mode to the ARGT-1040. I turned off the DHCP in the wifi router .
Although the setup works, there is a lot of packet loss, an average of 35% loss . Wired connection from the ARGT-1040 has excellent connectivity, however, wifi connections from the ADSL wifi is patchy , connection dropping every few mins.
This is the ping stats from wifi
My question is, how do I get this setup to have lesser packet loss so that the wifi connection is stable?
