I am on 256 UL connection.Generally my download and upload speeds are in range of 180-220 kbpsBut from past few days my upload speed is reduced to less than 128 kbps

Try the adsl BER test at the bottom of same page. what is the report ?
Check Bitswap is enabled in DSL page.
In client tr069 change the time to 139600 ( checking up ) or disable it.
In mine default 129600.

ThankYou essbebe,Well today evening the airtel people changed the cable connecting the piller and the jack in my house.I am able to browse from then (nearly 6 hours) without any disconnection.May be fault in the cable is the reason.Any how, I followed what u said..Now, with the new cable the ADSL BER Test - Result isTest Time (sec): 20 Total Transferred Bits: 0x00000000009F3300 Total Error Bits: 0x0000000000000000 Error Ratio: 0.00e+00 * Bitswap is enabled* now, tr069 value is 129600.I think my problem is solved now with cable change:thumb:.
