/members/telescopee0/Query 1 : RB comtech modem : Did you buy it ? Do you have a Cd or user manual ?Query 2 : Post Ipconfig/allStart RUN type cmd type ipconfig/all@/members/kanou/Good. Presume modem is 220BX1(one ) In DSL, unselect all . select one by one . GDMT adsl2 etc.Enable Bitswap.Check SNR/Attn and sync line rate. Seems oK as shown. Select lower sync line rate D/L. ( above 10000 seems high )Confirm you have client tr-069 under management. What is the time set ?Is it enabled ?PARA TWO : CHANGE TO OPENDNS 208.67.220.220 AND 208.67.222.222

i will check them later but i did try changing the modulation. but its not just my internet, my airtel phone also keeps disconnecting when i pick up calls. there's also some noise that i can hear in the line. every time i pick up the phone the internet also disconnects :

/members/kanou/Probably your splitter has gone bad.ADSL signals breaking into telephone. ( high freq )Disconnect Splitter and connect Phone direct to Phone Junction and test.Phone junction ====>> rj 11>LINE== ADSL===rj11 modem-----------------------------Phone===== RJ11==>>> ALL phones.call Airtel CC to check the line if otherwise.

i replaced the splitter with another one, still have the problem. already emailed airtel about it, lets see if they fix it up.edit: ok i had 3 phone connections and unplugged 2 of the phones that i thought were causing the problem. now it doesnt get disconnected from getting calls ^_^

I am also using RB Com tech model for last 3 years and had no problem whatsoever untill a month ago.Sometimes pages would stop loading and this problem persisted for a long time.The Engineer came and replaced my modem with Beetel 220.Later I started facing problem of frequent disconnection.Now I am using my old modem and have no problem so far.I really can't say what the problem was but I must say RB comtech modem is better.

/members/jkd/Please post the screen shot of the Device Page, ( showing BoardID /Fw version etc )and link, if available where user manual is available.@/kanou/1.You can use n adsl splitter before each phone connection if direct from amin telephone line., But ONLY ONE ADSLsplitter for the modem from the main telephone line.2. Did the hiss sound go , when you connect any phone directly to the Phone line ?( with modem/computer off )

Read my post No 12 and reply.

Your modem. TRY to open without entering any name in ID column & password admin.
I think it is copy of D-Link GLB502T/DSL502T

@jkd Please confirm this.

Even i am facing the same problem from a few days.
The connection disconnects and the modem restarts for every 15 minutes or so..

The connection works fine on the day a technical person comes and clear the line. Again the problem is back the next day. Even my modem is changed twice, but the problem still persists

Do anyone know what "super Frame Errors" suggest in ADSL of the Router page.
Should that be zero for both down and upstreams on a clean working connection?

I always have some numbers listed under them.
Do this indicate some problem?

Here is my screeshot
