Connection going down from yesterday at evening

Hello all so I am facing bsnl ftth downtime from yesterday, it happened at 6pm and today at 7pm only happening in the evening connection came back at 10pm yesterday today I don’t know till now.

Here are the stats of my Ont.



Can you tell me if it’s lco side problem or bsnl side because Ont is registered as you can see no red light blinking only it could not fetch the Internet ip.

If it cannot fetch Internet IP; but the ONU is registered, then it's a BSNL NOC issue.

Experienced the same downtime around the same time as you. Yesterday it started around 8 at night for me & resolved by midnight Perhaps you are in WB? A few days ago there was another downtime for around 24 hrs when even the Ont wasn't registering.

Yes @sniper I am from WB and yes exactly same problem as you have mentioned. Let see what happens today.
