Connection issues but internet working

hi. my internet is working but i cant download torrents, payments are not going through, some games are not connecting and ookla speedtest is also not working. i can do normal browsing and youtube etc. i called a service guy yesterday and he tried to ping 202.56.224.132 but connection got timed out. (its still timed out). Dont know what to do. Please help. Switched to 1.1.1.1 but issue still persists.

Can you set mtu to a lower value like 1400 say?
