Connection issues, cpgrams isn't helpful. Need advice

Hello,

I live in a remote place, the only ISP is BSNL that too because our district came under a central government pilot program (only 4 districts in India). I hardly get Airtel 4g at some places but I usually rely on wifi calling.

The problem is that the internet connectivity is not constant, pppoe gets disconnected 100s of times each day and sometimes a few hours continuously. The optical signal is good and RX usually stays between -18dBm to -20dBm. When the connection is online, I the same speed as my plan and jitter is ~4ms and ping at 38ms. But the network is unstable.

I tried complaining cpgram multiple times and the reply comes from the same person who is a - in Bangalore. Their usual reply is that my cable is having issues (every time it looks like a copy pasted response), but the cable is barely 6 months old and has no patches and my home is ~2km to the OLT. I even tried escalating the complaints by appealing their response. But no luck, I get the same response from the same person every single time (even after changing complaints description everytime to make it look unique).


When asked about this to my LCO, he tells me that he's also helpless as the OLT itself is pretty old and not reliable. I tried to mention about this in the complaints but the issue is not solved.

I thought cpgrams would help but in this case it's not helpful. Am I out of luck? What is the best way to get it resolved?
