connectivity problem

i have just applied for a bsnl broadband connection..i just got one..i have a WA3002g4 router..but even if my LAN is connected the bsnl doesnt connect...it was connected twice only..wat do i do???? says the "phone line is busy"..

contact local exchange.
when i get same error, i call them, they will replay " problem in banglore server" but after 10 - 30 minute net will start working

Presume you are using a Dialer to connect .
Please see this web site ( with screen shots )
and check your settings.

Also ensure all Phones connected AFTER the splitter.
