Corporate Connection Bill CD

Guys recently i ported to airtel and they have provided CD which i think contains the bill for the month. They havent specified the password for the zip file contained in it. Corporate advisor told me you will get it on email or by sms but havent received any. Any solutions ?(Other than zip password recovery,lol)

I have always assumed that corporate customers got their own portal on their website with complete control over all the connections and access to bills and usage charts. :\

Bill in CD?!!

Paper bill would be cheaper. Paper+printing would cost hardly 1 Re. Sending by normal post would cost them 5Rs. So total 6-7Rs max.

CD itself may cost them 1 to 2Rs.(bulk purchase). Then burn it. Handling and delivering will definitely cost more than normal post. Because weight increases.

what if a company has 10+ connections. Each number bill is on a different paper.

Thats different, but since you wrote "i ported" I assumed its about 1 connection.
