Could anyone help me regarding d/l Speed

Hi everyone,I'm new to this forum, nd i need help regarding my d/l speed. I'm providing the necessary details below.Connection Type: Home 500 PlanCity : HyderabadModem No: UT300R2UI have the bsnl connection from the Jan of this yr, nd the speeds are nice in the starting nd usually i used to get around 1.2 - 1.8Mbps, but from the past 20 days i'm getting horrible speeds, my min speed is 64kbps nd the max i'm getting is 160kbps.So could anyone pls tell me where the prb lies.............nd my system is virus free nd also its uptodate
