Could not able to change the password of BSNL broadband

Hi to all,

I start using the 900UL plan from 29 Jan, 2008. On the day of connection i recive a paper on which the instruction is mentioned to change the password from BSNL NIB-II PORTAL -> "Broadband Customers Please Click Here to Login". But the page do not open when i click on the link on home page of BSNL NIB-II PORTAL. An error occurs "Error 404: No target servlet configured for uri: /BroadBandCustomerPortal/". If some time that page get opened and asking for portalid and password then it shows blank page after entering the portalid and password supplied on paper.

Please tell how could i change the password of my accont.

You need not hurry to change password. get familiar will all BSNL websites .
First job is to access the Portal for usage check change of password etc.
Then you have to change the PW in modem also.

1 for connecting internet userId/password used only in modem/ dialer
2 for portal http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/ (data usage check)
14digit portal ID and password as password
3 for email account Login
same as 1 above.

Did you get a 14digit Portal ID / and password ? (for checking usage.)

click the red entry without logging at nib_II portal. BSNL Portal
then you go here. etc.
