Credit card option vanished from Autopay?

So today my internet stopped working and when I went to myjio app to report issue I saw that my plan had expired.

I had Autopay setup with credit card and was working reliabiliy so far but today I saw that credit card option just vanished from old as well as any Autopay option. Anyone else having similar issue?
 
I may be wrong but I never saw anything other than NACH Mandate, if credit card was there when I was setting it up, I would have used that, there's zero possibility that I went with NACH mandate over credit card.
 
Same issue, was working fine for several months, and then the auto pay for December failed with some error. Thought it was a one off thing, but same thing happened this month. It still showed the credit card auto being enabled.

I tried to re-do it thinking there’s some issue with my card. Now, like you experienced, no credit card option.
