Custom Duty on imported Tablet PCs in India?

Buying this tablet. Will be paying in paypal. Any idea how much the customs will charge? Tablet price is 899$

Well damn. Thing is ..its shipped through DHL expedited shipping and they harrased us for kyc forms and what not. Its in bangalore currently and that dhl guy at customs quoted just 2.6k Thats why Im confused.

tension kya hai custom people are known to charge absurdly at times. sometimes they make a mistake. :\

Was preparing my self to pay atleast 15% or 8k. Would probably hug that courier guy if he comes with a receipt of 2.6k Wonder where those custom guys came up with 4.3% tax
