New internal rule at Jio auto disconnects your call to customer care after 30 mins. So wait time of 25 mins and you literally get 5 mins to explain your issue.

Applies to Jio telecom, Jio Fiber and Jio Air Fiber.

Airtel... get your photocopiers running.

Better idea would be to request for call using their app.

Then there are a few people like me who don't regularly use a smartphone or their app.
