Customer ID issue - Help

Hello
Last week I purchased Airtel Box and dealer gave me Customer ID but since last week this Cutomer ID does not appear on my box when I press menu button. Customer ID shows blank. Anyone knows when Cutomer ID will appear on my box?
Also I tried to register with the same customer ID on https://ebpp.airtelworld.com/care/RetailUserRegistration but each time this message come
‘We are unable to process your request. Please try again later. Regret the inconvenience.’
Can Airtel owners/customer care people on this forum tell me that where is the problem and whats remedy for the above.

Sorry for the late reply. I have also faced the same problem when I initially purchased the ADTV. This would be rectified after you start paying or a couple of months. The problem with the https://ebpp.airtelworld.com/care/RetailUserRegistration should not be there. Try with Internet explorer. Some times in Chrome or firefox, you will be getting that problem.
At present are you in free subscription for 6 months or 1 year??

Hope your problem must have been rectified by now. Please post your comments so that some new users might know what to do when they face similar problem like this!!!
